3. RENTAL PERIOD

5. PAYMENT

6. HOUSE RULES
Guest agrees to comply with property rules concerning smoking, pets, parties, noise, parking, visitors, pools or spas, fireplaces, grills, and restricted areas.
7. DAMAGE AND CONDITION
Guest will promptly report damage, leaks, malfunctioning safety equipment, or unsafe conditions. Responsibility for damage will be determined under applicable law, booking terms, and any valid deposit or damage process.
8. NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY
The Property may not be used for unlawful activity or any use prohibited by applicable short-term-rental rules.
9. ACCESS
Host or authorized personnel may access the Property when permitted by law for emergencies, necessary repairs, or other legally allowed purposes.
10. CANCELLATION / EARLY DEPARTURE
Cancellation and refund rights are governed by [Platform Policy / Stated Cancellation Policy / Applicable Law].
11. SAFETY
Guest agrees not to disable smoke alarms, carbon-monoxide alarms, pool barriers, or other safety equipment and will notify Host of any safety issue.
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This written Agreement supplements applicable booking terms and law. If a clause conflicts with controlling law, controlling law governs.
